1. About Click Boost

Click Boost ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and development agency operating at click-boost.net. We provide website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related digital services to businesses and individuals worldwide.

2. Services

Click Boost offers the following services:

• Free Website: We will design and build a custom website within 48 hours at no charge, subject to our approval and availability
• Free Trial: A 30-day free hosting and live trial period following website delivery
• Monthly Maintenance Plan: Ongoing hosting, security, updates, and support at $100 per month, billed monthly via Stripe
• Additional Services: SEO, e-commerce, branding, and other web services as agreed in writing

3. Free Website Terms

The free website offer is subject to the following conditions:

• One free website per business entity or individual
• The website is built at our sole creative discretion based on your brief
• You must participate in a discovery call to qualify
• We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or capabilities
• The free website remains hosted for 30 days at no charge; continued hosting requires the $100/m plan
• If you choose not to continue after the trial, we will provide you with all website files within 7 days of your request

4. Monthly Maintenance Plan — Billing & Payments

The $100/m maintenance plan is billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Click Boost to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Billing occurs on the same date each month as your initial payment
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before service suspension
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with no penalty:

• Cancel via email to [email protected] at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period
• Upon cancellation, we will deliver all your website files within 7 business days
• The free website and trial period are non-refundable as they are provided at no charge

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of any outstanding fees, you own the final delivered website design and content. Click Boost retains the right to:

• Display your completed website in our portfolio
• Retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries used in development
• Use anonymised project data for business improvement purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content, images, or materials you provide to us for use in your website.

7. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Ensure all content you provide does not infringe third-party rights
• Not use our services for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Keep your account and billing information up to date

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Click Boost services to create websites or content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, or defamatory material
• Facilitates spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Promotes discrimination or hate speech

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately and without refund for violations of this section.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We aim for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance, hosting provider outages, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect your website's availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay outstanding amounts, or engage in conduct harmful to Click Boost or its clients.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to Click Boost's place of business.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
